&^ca " for One hundred and five pounds, seven shillings and one penny
due him on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Frampton twelve pounds,
sixteen shillings and two pence and Mary Ann Brookes thirteen
pounds twelve shillings and six pence specie agreeable to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State " per Certificate & Account
passed. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick John-
son eleven pounds, fifteen shillings specie agreeable to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to William Marshall
agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &^ca " for thirty pounds,
eighteen shillings and one penny due him on Continental Loan Office
Certificates adjusted by the Depy Aud^r —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Howe Ridgate Eighteen
pounds, seven shillings and six pence Current Money due him per
Account passed. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
able to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors
of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &^ca " to Clement Hill Esq^r
for One hundred and seventy eight pounds, five shillings — Zachariah
Forrest for One hundred and twenty pounds, seven shillings —
Richard Prather for seventy five pounds, eighteen shillings and
eleven pence. — Adam Gray for seven hundred and eighty two pounds,
fourteen shillings due them on Continental Loan Office Certificates
adjusted by the Auditor Gen^l 15^th Instant. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to John Carvill agree-
able to the Act aforesaid for eight pounds, eight shillings and nine
pence due him on Continental Loan Off. Certificates adjusted by the
Aud. Gen^l—
That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeable to the Act
aforesaid to William Rowland for One hundred and ten pounds, one
shilling and two pence and to John Pollock for twenty eight pounds,
nineteen shillings and ten pence half penny due them on Continental
Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Auditor General the 14^th
Instant. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer deliver to Francis Plow-
den five thousand, eight hundred and sixty five pounds of nett To-
bacco at Coles Creek Ware house in S^t Marys County, for the like
Quantity lent the State by Henrietta Plowden July 1780 per Certifi-
cate adjusted by the Aud^r Gen^l —
