That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to James Neale Young-
est, agreeable to the Act aforesaid for ninety eight pounds, sixteen
shillings and three pence due him on Continental Loan Office Certifi-
cates adjusted the 12^th Instant. —
James Brice Esquire attended. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Cockran
One hundred and three pounds, twelve shillings and three pence spe-
cie agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
per Certificates adjusted. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Middleton fifty five
pounds, nineteen shillings and nine pence specie, out of the money
appropriated for the Barges due him per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Gabriel Duvall Esq^r One hundred
pounds Current Money due him for a Quarters Salary ending the
10^th Instant. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner Esq^r One hun-
dred pounds Current Money for a Quarters Salary ending the I^st
Instant. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Richard Barnes
Esq^r agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State,
Creditors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &^ca " for One hun-
dred and Seventy pounds, six shillings and eleven pence due him
on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Aud.
General. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Robert Briscoe
agreeable to the Act aforesaid for One hundred and nineteen pounds
and eight pence due on fourteen Continental Loan Office Certificates

adjusted by the Aud. Gen^l the I2th Instant. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Francis & Wil-
liam Thomas four hundred and sixteen pounds and three pence
specie agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State " per Account passed the 13 Inst.
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Thomas Rutland
agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &^ca " for Eighty pounds,
four shillings and four pence due him on Continental Loan Off. Cer-
tificates adjusted by the Aud Gen^l 12^th Instant —
