That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to James Neale Young-
est, agreeable to the Act aforesaid for ninety eight pounds, sixteen
shillings and three pence due him on Continental Loan Office Certifi-
cates adjusted the 12th Instant. —
James Brice Esquire attended. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Cockran
One hundred and three pounds, twelve shillings and three pence spe-
cie agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
per Certificates adjusted. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Middleton fifty five
pounds, nineteen shillings and nine pence specie, out of the money
appropriated for the Barges due him per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Gabriel Duvall Esqr One hundred
pounds Current Money due him for a Quarters Salary ending the
10th Instant. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner Esqr One hun-
dred pounds Current Money for a Quarters Salary ending the Ist
Instant. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Richard Barnes
Esqr agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State,
Creditors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " for One hun-
dred and Seventy pounds, six shillings and eleven pence due him
on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Aud.
General. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Robert Briscoe
agreeable to the Act aforesaid for One hundred and nineteen pounds
and eight pence due on fourteen Continental Loan Office Certificates

adjusted by the Aud. Genl the I2th Instant. —

Present, Benja Stoddert, Gabriel Duvall, Jas Brice & Jno H. Stone
Esq"
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Francis & Wil-
liam Thomas four hundred and sixteen pounds and three pence
specie agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State " per Account passed the 13 Inst.
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Thomas Rutland
agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " for Eighty pounds,
four shillings and four pence due him on Continental Loan Off. Cer-
tificates adjusted by the Aud Genl 12th Instant —

Nathaniel Porter of Frederick County having preferred a Peti-
tion to this Board, setting forth that he had been fined at last March
Court for the County aforesaid the Sum of thirty pounds Current
