Present His Excellency the Governor.
Benjamin Stoddert and James Brice Esquires. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Smith Esq^r
One hundred and two pounds one shilling and one penny and to
William Spear eleven pounds, eighteen shillings and eleven pence
Current Money for one years Interest on two Certificates issued
agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to John Smith Esq^r
agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &^ca " for four thousand
one hundred and twenty five pounds due him on Continental Loan
Office Cert^s adjusted by the Aud. Gen^l—

Monday 12^th May 1783.
Present Benj^a Stoddert, Gab^l Duvall & James Brice Esquires
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Shaw
Eighty nine pounds, two shillings and five pence Current Money due
him per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Gassaway forty three
pounds, fifteen shillings Current Money for a Quarters Salary as
Deputy Aud^r ending the 1^st Instant. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Abraham Van Bibber
agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress on Loan Office Cert^s &^ca " for nine thousand, seven
hundred and ninety nine pounds, eighteen shillings and three pence,
three farthings due him on Continental Loan Office Certificates ad-
justed by the Dep^y Aud the 8^th Instant

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Allen
Thomas four pounds, one shilling and four pence specie agreeable
to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account
passed the 12^th Instant. —

able to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress on Loan Office Certificates &^ca " to John Hall Esquire for
Two hundred and forty three pounds, twelve shillings and six pence
and to Benjamin Brevard for One hundred and twenty two pounds,
seven shillings and ten pence due them on Continental Loan Office
Certificates adjusted the 10^th Instant. —
