Present His Excellency the Governor. —
Benjamin Stoddert, G Duvall, James Brice & John H Stone Esqrs

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson
Junr thirty pounds out of the money appropriated for the Barges
on Account. —

Council. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
able to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " to Capt Solomon Frazier
for fifty three pounds, seven shillings and one penny — Thomas Rut-
land for one hundred and eighty nine pounds nine shillings and ten
pence and to Alexander Warfield for thirty one pounds, nine shillings
and three pence due them on Continental Loan Office Certificates ad-
justed by the Audr General. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John Matthiot thirteen pounds,
eleven shillings and eight pence and Thomas Rutland two hundred
and sixty seven pounds, eight shillings specie agreeable to the "Act
to adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account and Certifi-
cates adjusted and passed. —

Gabriel Duvall, Jere. T. Chase and James Brice Esquires.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Steel nine
pounds, three shillings and four pence specie agreeable to the Act
to adjust the Debts due from this State per Account passed. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue to Colo John
Gunby a Certificate agreeable to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of
this State Creditors of Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " for
thirty pounds, twelve shillings and ten pence due him on Continental
Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Aud General. —
