Bond, William Killgore, John Mackall, & John DeButts, Justices
of the Peace for St Marys County — Vernon Hebb, Hanson Briscoe
Ignatius Fenwick, Thomas Bond and John DeButts Justices of the
Orphans Court of the said County. —

Present as on Yesterday.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Hyde
four pounds, nine shillings specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Simon Wickes eighteen pounds
specie due him per Account passed. —

We have requested Mr Steward to call on you for the Cordage you
contracted to furnish for the State; and to prevent any Delay in
completing the Ship on the Stocks, for Want of Cordage, we request
you will inform Mr Steward what Quantity you can certainly
furnish by the Time he will want it, in Order that he may take
timely Measures to provide the Residue.
