That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Munro two Pounds seven
shillings and eight pence specie for riding Express per Account
passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Henry Hollingsworth five
hundred and twenty four Pounds and also the further Sum of two
hundred Pounds specie out of the money appropriated for the Pay-
ment of Creditors of a Particular description part of an Account
passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Henry Hollingsworth four
hundred and twenty five Pounds, four shillings and five Pence specie
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State in full
of his Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Wilison junr thirty nine
Pounds, five shillings specie agreeable to the Act aforesaid per
Account passed. —
That the Officers actually employed in disciplining the Troops be
allowed three shillings per Day inlieu of the deficient parts of the
ration of Provision and full Rations of Liquors and other necessaries
directed to be furnished by the Supplement to the Act for raising
recruits &ca and nine Pence per Day for the ration of Meat and
Bread not drawn. —
That such Officers actually employed in the Recruiting Service
as have not drawn rations of Meat and Bread be allowed one shilling
and three Pence per Day inlieu thereof — that such Officers on this
service as have drawn Meat and Bread in part of Rations be allowed
six Pence per Day. That those entitled to Forage under the Act be
allowed three shillings per Day. —

Commissions issued to Benjamin Ricketts appointed second Lieu-
tenant Joseph Watson Ensign of Captain David Ricketts's Company
— John Scott Captain Alexander Wilson first Lieut — James John-
son second Lieut, David Barr Ensign John Evans second Lieutenant
and James Kilgour Ensign of Captain Hezekiah South's Company
belonging to the Elk Battalion of Militia in Caecil County. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert Apple-
gate fifty four Pounds, eighteen shillings specie due him as Steward
onboard the State Boat Dolphin per Account passed. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert Bowie
twenty five Pounds fifteen shillings and seven pence specie out of
