[Council to Honble Intendant]
We request you will deliver over to the Treasury, the Money you
received from Colo Rawlings, arising from the Sale of Specifics.
As there are several Orders on the Treasury which ought to be paid
immediately, and particularly one in the Hands of Jacob Reaser,
from Frederick, who is very much distressed and who has been
waiting several Days in Town for Payment, we wish the Money to
be paid over as soon as convenient.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Zachariah
Thackril three Pounds, nine shillings and six Pence specie agreeable
to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Account
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Steuart eight Pounds ten
shillings specie due him per Account passed.

Friday 23d August 1782
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Robert
Berry nineteen Pounds, ten shillings specie agreeable to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account passed 31st
July last.
That the said Treasurer pay to George Miller ten Pounds sixteen
shillings and eight Pence, John O'Conner eleven Pounds ten shillings,
Joseph Davis three Pounds, twelve shillings and six Pence, & John
Shaw one hundred and one Pounds, two shillings & two Pence, specie
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per
Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw five Pounds twelve
shillings and six Pence specie due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John & Samuel Davidson fifty two
Pounds, thirteen shillings & eight pence specie part of an Order
drawn by this board in favor of Colo Baker Johnson dated the 9th
of May last for one hundred and three pounds, eleven shillings and
five pence specie.
That the said Treasurer pay to John & Samuel Davidson fifty two
Pounds, thirteen shillings and eight pence specie agreeable to the
"Act to adjust the Debts due from this State balance of an Order
drawn by this Board in favor of Colo Baker Johnson dated 9th May
for one hundred and three Pounds, eleven shillings & five Pence
specie including Interest on the same to this Day adjusted and passed.
Holton Jones and James Harrison Prisoners of War to the State
of Maryland, are released from Confinement and permitted to pass
