That the said Treasurer pay to James Robinson nine Pounds,
sixteen shillings of the same Emission, two Pounds, sixteen shillings
thereof to be delivered over to Joseph Strickland & seven Pounds
to John Woodfield due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Barnes nine Pounds sixteen
shillings and eight pence, James Dennison eleven Pounds, thirteen
shillings and three Pence, James Hunter Ten pounds five shillings, &
Francis Marbury twenty nine Pounds, sixteen shillings and nine
Pence of the same Emission due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Joshua Burgess forty two
Pounds, four shillings and three pence of the same Emission on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Dashiell forty two
Pounds, sixteen shillings of the same Emission, twenty one Pounds
thereof to be by him retained, fourteen Pounds to be delivered over
to Lieut Oakly Haddaway & the residue seven pounds, sixteen
shillings to Charles Camper due them per Accounts passed.

[Council to General Smallwood]

We enclose you a Petition from Mrs McNeere, setting forth that
her Son, an Apprentice, has been enlisted by a Recruiting Sergeant
to Capt. Wright; we also enclose a Certificate from the Clerk of
Caroline County, that the Lad was bound Apprentice by the County
Court in 1775, by which it Appears that his Time of Service is not
yet expired.

Tuesday 30th July 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Hindman
Esqr and William Perry Esquire each, seven Pounds seventeen
shillings and six Pence and Colo James Hindman five Pounds, five
shillings specie, paid into the Treasury by them for Caution Money
as appears by five Warrants.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Gassaway, nine Pounds
fifteen shillings specie part of the money directed to be paid by the
Act relating to Public Creditors on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Lavascher four Pounds
six shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of
Bills of credit &ca for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner Esqr seventy
eight Pounds, fourteen shillings & six Pence of the same Emission
for the use of Richard Bond due him per Account passed.
