Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Watts
sixteen Pounds, ten shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca to be delivered over as follows, three
Pounds ten shillings to Moses Flower, six Pounds to John McKay
and seven Pounds to William Barton Smoot due them per Accounts
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Watts Surgeons Mate in
the Maryland Line sixty Pounds of the same Emission in lieu of two
Suits of Cloaths and Eight Shirts for the last & present years on
Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Jub Fowler one Barrel
of Flour on Account.
The Order of the Commissary of Stores of the 15th August 1781
in favor of William Watts four a Suit of Cloaths & two Shirts, not
having been complied with is returned.

Friday 26th July 1782
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Bayly

Esqr four hundred and six Pounds, and eight pence of the Bills
emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due
on four Certificates issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts
due from this State and also forty eight Pounds and one Penny of
the same Emission per Certificate of Robert Bowie passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Robertson Stevens thirty eight
Pounds, ten shillings, Hannah May, Alice Redmond & Mary Con-
nolly, each one Pound ten shillings, John Simmon five Pounds and
Henry Sax thirteen Pounds, fifteen shillings of the same Emission
due them per Accts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Robertson Stevens three Pounds
five shillings Specie due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Lieut James McFaden and
Capt James Smith, each, five Pounds, fifteen shillings and nine
pence specie part of the money directed to be advanced by the "Act
relating to Public Creditors " on Account.

[Council to The Commissioners for the Preservation of confiscated
Property]

The General Assembly having authorized us to direct the Sale of
unappropriated, confiscated Property. We request you will imme-
diately proceed, after giving four Weeks Notice in the Annapolis and
Baltimore News Papers, to make Sale of the Lands specified in the
enclosed List, for the Money emitted under the "Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thousand Pounds." The
