That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt Daniel Bryan, what
Tallow he may have occasion for in repairing the Plater and to
Charles Watts a soldier in Colo Jematt's [Gimat's] Regt of Con-
tinental Troops three Days Provisions —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Welch
twenty five pounds, eleven shillings and nine pence of the Bills emit-
ted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the
money appropriated for the present Campaign due him per Account
passed by the Aud. Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt James Bruff fifteen pounds
of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Joseph Ford two hundred
and thirty pounds, five shillings and four pence of the same Emis-
sion, of the money aforesaid due him per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Capt Joseph Ford seven-
teen pounds, sixteen shillings and seven pence specie agreeable to
the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State —
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Capt Joseph Ford twenty
two thousand and sixty one pounds of Tobacco due him per Acct
passed by the Audr Genl
That Mr Tillard deliver to Stephen Steward thirty Barrels of the
public Flour in his Possession. —
Zachariah Tilley a Draught from Prince Georges County to serve
till the 10th of this Instant, is hereby Discharged. —
Azariah Gatton from Montgomery County, William Fream and
Valentine David from Frederick, Thomas Gillum from Charles,
Nathaniel Basnet and Clarkson Coe from Kent County Substitutes
'till the 10th Inst are hereby Discharged. —

We request you will immediately purchase 250 Bushels of Salt, by
the Sale of public Flour; one hundred Bushels to be sent to Colonel
Hollingsworth, the other 150 to be distributed among the County
Commissaries who are in the greatest Want.

We have yours of the 6th Instant, in Consequence of which, we
have ordered Mr Calhoun to sell Flour to raise Money to purchase
about one hundred Bushels of Salt for you; should that Quantity be
more than you want, you will distribute it among the Commissaries
on the Eastern Shore, most in Need of it. You will continue to
slaughter and salt up the Cattle as long as they are fit to be
slaughtered. We shall send you some red Money by Mr Job. It will
be proper that you supply Colo Yates with Forage, as long as you have
it in your Power
