That the said Treasurer pay to John Cronise one Pound, seven-
teen shillings and five Pence — Thomas Maniard senr seven Pounds
nine shillings — George Bear, twenty nine Pounds, seven shillings
and two Pence and Thomas Beatty twelve Pounds five shillings and
two Pence Specie agreeable to the Act aforesaid per Certificates ad-
justed and Passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Rivers six Pounds & Joseph
Tenant seven Pounds, ten shillings, of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Peregrine Fitzhugh twenty
seven Pounds, nineteen shillings of the same Emission for Stores to
the 1 Inst, on Acct.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Greenwell thirty four Pounds,
five shillings and two Pence of the same Emission for the use of Capt
Bennett Combs & Compy of Militia p Payroll examined & Passed.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to His Excellency
Governor Lee seventy seven Pounds, two shillings and four Pence
specie due on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo William Fitzhugh six hundred
and seventy nine Pounds, seventeen shillings and two pence of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca
due on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act aforesaid.
That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr John Winder twenty two
Pounds of the same Emission to be delivered over as follows, four
Pounds four shillings to John Windsor, three Pounds, four shillings
to William White senr and fourteen Pounds, twelve shillings to
John Laws due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty Esqr three hundred
and seventy three Pounds, ten shillings and five Pence of the same
Emission, five Pounds, four shillings to be by him retained and the
residue to be delivered over as follows, eight Pounds, fifteen shillings
to Doctr Philip Thomas, one hundred and fifty nine Pounds to Capt
John Eckess and his Compy, one hundred and thirty three Pounds, ten
shillings to Capt. Joseph Wilson & his Company of Militia, nine
Pounds, two shillings and two Pence to Henry Holtsman, seventeen
Pounds, five shillings to Jacob Crist, four Pounds to Paul Lashom,
Ten pounds to Samuel Flemming and twenty six pounds, thirteen
shillings and eleven pence to Richard Potts due them per Accounts
passed.
Permission is hereby given to Mrs Elizabeth Nuttall the wife of a
British Officer now in New York to depart from this State in a Flag
Vessel lying in the Port of Baltimore, which brought Clothing and
other necessaries for the Prisoners captured at York in Virginia.
