That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Couden Esqr seventy eight
Pounds, three shillings and nine pence — Elizabeth Issabell four
pounds ten shillings — Capt Michael Boyer one hundred and eight
Pounds and George McNess ten Pounds, eighteen shillings and four
pence of the same Emission due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excy John Hanson Esqr Prest
of Congress four hundred Pounds of the same Emission on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Michael
Boyer four hundred and fifty eight Pounds, seventeen shillings and
six pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills
of Credit &ca to be delivered over to Sundries per accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Samuel Hepburn, eight
Pounds, seventeen shillings and eight pence of the same Emission
for the use of his Company of Militia due on payroll examined
and passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Michael Boyer for the use
of the following four Pounds, one shilling for Christian Stoner and
twenty nine Pounds one shilling of the same Emission for Christian
Kershnear due per accounts Passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Jacques Bagues, thirty
Pounds of the same Emission in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and four
Shirts for the present year on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice one hundred and
twenty five Pounds of the same Emission inlieu of an Order on the
Commissary of Provisions dated 2d March last for three hundred and
thirty three & one third Bushels of Wheat for a quarter Salary,
returned and also the further sum of fifteen Pounds on account of a
second Quarter Salary.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Murray six hundred and
fifty two Pounds, six shillings and three pence specie agreeable to the
Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Certificates adjusted
and passed.
Permission is hereby granted to George Schnertzel of Frederick
County in the State of Maryland to apply to His Excellency General
Washington or the Commanding Officer at the Out Posts of the
American Army for License to go into the City of New York for
the purpose of transacting private business.
