Bills of Credit emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of
Credit &ca due him on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to
adjust the Debt due from this State and also the further Sum of
one hundred and thirty nine Pounds of the same Bills for the use
of himself and Crew of the Barge Intripid per Payroll examined
and passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Dashiell sixty pounds,
eighteen shillings of the same Emission forty seven pounds thereof
to be delivered over to the Crew of Capt Thomas Grasons Barge and
the residue to be delivered over to Daniel Landman due per Accounts
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest of the same
Emission twenty three pounds, two shillings and ten pence for Capt
James Rapier due his Company of Militia, three Pounds for John
Somervill — Ten pounds, ten shillings for John King, eighteen pounds
five shillings for Joseph Ford and eighteen pounds, seventeen shillings
and three pence for Robert Jarboe per Accounts and Certificates
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner one hundred
and twelve Pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission on Account
of his Salary.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr one hundred
and fifty pounds of the same Emission in part of his Salary on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Ignatius Fenwick two hundred
and two pounds, six shillings and four pence specie agreeable to the
Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Certificates adjusted
the 9th Instant.

In Reply to your Enquiries, respecting the real Situation of Chiney,
we enclose you a Letter from the Honble Mr Hanson a Judge of the
General Court, which being very full on the Subject, we have nothing
to add.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones
and Benjamin Mackall 4th Esquires each two hundred Pounds specie
for their last Year's Salary as Judges of the Court of Appeals.
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Mackall 4th Esqr one
hundred Pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit &ca in part of his Salary on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hindman Esquire twenty
seven Pounds nine shillings and four pence and Thomas Tibbies
