That the said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T. Chase Esquire two
hundred and fifty Pounds of the same Emission in part of his
Salary on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Gerard B. Causin for the use of
William Leigh thirteen Pounds, eighteen shillings and ten pence
specie due on a Certificate issued agreeable to the "Act to adjust the
Debts &ca."
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Baker Johnson one hundred
and three pounds, eleven shillings and five pence specie, if paid in
Specifics, the Quantities to be charged to the Continent per Acct
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esqr, Judge
of the Court of Appeals two hundred pounds specie due him for
his last Years Sallary.

for the Barges by the Month, on the best Terms in his Power, in
red Money.

respecting Chiney, as will enable us to reply to the enclosed Memo-
randum.

Friday 10th May 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Francis Baker
ninety five pounds, fourteen shillings of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca twenty two pounds
fourteen shillings and six pence thereof to be by him retained,
thirty one Pounds, three shillings and two pence to be delivered over
to Philemon Hambleton — Eighteen pounds, ten shillings and seven
pence to Robert Pickering and twenty three pounds, five shillings
and nine pence to Samuel Eason per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Marmaduke Mister nine Pounds,
William Piercy twelve Pounds — David Weems eight Pounds thirteen
shillings and four Pence — Abraham Hooper nine Pounds, eleven
shillings and eight Pence — Peter Davis nine Pounds, one shilling and
eight Pence and Emory Smyth nine Pounds, thirteen shillings and
four pence of the same Emission per Accts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Crissal fifteen Pounds specie
to be laid out in Necessaries for the Sick and Wounded soldiers and
to be accounted for.
