emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due
him on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts
due from this State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr William Kilty four pounds,
nine shillings of the same Emission for rations per account passed
and also six pounds, nine shillings of the Bills aforesaid for Stores on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Waymore eight Pounds,
thirteen shillings and nine pence and Jesse Warden nine pounds
thirteen shillings and four pence of the same Emission per account
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Leigh thirteen pounds
eighteen shillings and ten pence and Benjamin Rumsey Esqr ninety
four Pounds one shilling and two pence specie agreeable to the
Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Account and Certifi-
cate adjusted & passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Denny thirteen pounds
ten shillings Specie to be delivered over to Doctr William Kilty part
of the Thirty Pounds directed to be advanced by the Act relating
to Public Creditors on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Burgess six Pounds
Specie due him per Account passed.
Marmaduke Mister has permission to return home by the 15 Inst,
he having brought some American Prisoners from Tangier Islands.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Allen
Thomas Esqr one hundred and twenty seven pounds, six shillings and
nine pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of
Bills of Credit &ca to be delivered over as follows, twenty one
Pounds, seventeen shillings and nine pence to John Shanks due
him on a Certificate forty two Pounds, eleven shillings to John
Shanks's Company of Militia and sixty two Pounds, eighteen shillings
to Capt Charles Jordans Company of Militia p pay rolls examined
and passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty for the use of
Abraham Lemaster twenty eight Pounds one shilling of the same
Emission per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Brooks Hodgkin, one
hundred and fifty Pounds of the same Emission for his trouble in
superintending the Public Records at Elkridge from March 1781
to March 1782 including Extra house Rent incurred by his removal
from Annapolis on the above Service.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Robert Dashiell one hundred
and twenty eight Pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission due
himself and Crew of the Barge Terrible per payroll examined &
passed.
