Friday 19th April 1782
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John H Stone
Esqr fifty Pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emis-
sion of Bills of Credit &ca in part of his Salary on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Frazer eight pounds fifteen
shillings — Barton Wathen eleven pounds, ten shillings — William
John Lessingby Twelve pounds, seventeen shillings and six pence —
William Hall nine Pounds, six shillings and eight pence — James
Griffith seven pounds ten shillings — Edward Kelly seven pounds,
thirteen shillings & four pence John Kelly eight Pounds, eight shil-
lings and four pence — James Kelly, eight pounds one shilling and
eight pence — William Olliver seven pounds fifteen shillings — & Wil-
liam Condon fifteen pounds, seven shillings and six pence of the
same Emission due them per Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Daniel Bryan sixty pounds
of the same Emission to be expended in repairing the Plater on
Account

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Francis Fair-
brother eight hundred and ninety nine pounds, eleven shillings of
the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit
&ca to be delivered over to Charles Carroll Barrr due him on two
Certificates issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from
this State. —
That the said Treasurer pay to James O'Harra six Dollars of the
same Emission in lieu of a Blanket for which he had an Order on the
Commissary of Stores the 5th November 1781. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Henry Hooper Esqr one hundred
and ten Pounds, one shilling and four pence — William Ennalls
Hooper twenty one pounds, twelve shillings and six pence — and
Richard Bryan forty two Pounds, seven shillings and six pence
Specie agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
per Accounts passed. —
That Mr Shaw, Armourer, deliver to Genl Hooper two nine Pound
and one three pound Cannon, one Barrel Cannon Powder and Shot
equivalent and one thousand Musket Cartridges for the use of the
Militia of Dorchester County. —
Ordered that the following Permission be endorsed on John Parks
Bond to the State of the 20th August 1781.
On the Representation of several respectable Inhabitants of Balti-
more Town, that in their Opinion no injury will arise to the State
from giving Permission to the within named John Parks to Depart
the same as often as his Business may require. We do hereby release
the said John Parks and his Securities from that Part of the within
Obligation which restricts the said John Parks from Departing the
State without the Leave of this Board first obtained. —
