[Council to Honble Robert R. Livingston.]
We have been duly honored with your several Letters of the 12th
Novr 1781, and the 18th and 19th of Feby 1782, which shall be laid
before our Assembly at their Meeting the 25th Inst when, we doubt
not, their very important Contents will meet With the Consideration
they so well deserve. Whenever we are possessed of any Thing, in
which the United States are materially interested, we shall, with great
Pleasure communicate it. The Documents you require, in Conse-
quence of the Resolution of Congress No 3. enclosed in the Letter of
the 18th Feby shall be properly authenticated and transmitted, as soon
as the Whole can be collected.

Saturday 20th April 1782
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin Har-
wood one hundred and ninety seven Pounds, twelve shillings and
seven pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of
Bills of Credit &ca due on Certificates issued agreeable to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State "
That the said Treasurer pay to John Madkin eleven Pounds eight
shillings and four pence — Jacob Tucker eleven Pounds eighteen shil-
lings and four pence — Elizabeth Issabell four pounds, seventeen shil-
lings & six pence & Bennett Hurd nine pounds, three shillings and
four pence of the same Emission due them per Accounts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Smith thirty pounds of
the same Emission in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and four Shirts for
the present Year on Account

Hamilton in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths and four Shirts for the present
Year on Account. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Bale Randall one hundred and fifty
five Pounds, eighteen shillings and ten pence of the same Emission
to be delivered over to Colo Isaac Hammond for the use of his Bat-
talion of Militia per Accounts examined and passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Gabriel Jacobs, twenty one pounds
one shilling and nine pence of the same Emission to be delivered over
