Letter 121

[Solomon Simmonds, Kent County, to Gov. Lee.]

Some time in May I made bold to Petition your Excellency for
permission to go to Long Island in order to recover some Estate
there belonging to my Grand Children as the Petition went down by
Mr Lawson I flattered myself he woud have been able to give me an
Answer to it but as he has returned and does not know any thing
respecting the matter I now make free to trouble your Excellency
