of the money appropriated for the present Campaign to be expended
in the recruiting Service on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Muir six pounds fifteen shil-
lings of the same Emission of the money aforesaid, three pounds
thereof to be delivered over to William Goldsmith and three pounds
fifteen shillings to James Tootell per Accts passed by the Aud Gl

That the said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah T. Chase Esqr one hun-
dred and sixty pounds of the same Emission of the money appropri-
ated for the Defence of the State on Account.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Edward Kaine William
Askwell and Richard Wilkinson Soldiers in the Maryland Line, each,
one pair Breeches, one pair Stockings and one Jacket, to James Smith
one pair Shoes, one pair Stockings one pair Breeches and one Jacket
and also to John Cooke of the first Battalion of New York Troops
one Coat, Cloth sufficient for a pair Overalls and one shirt.

That the Armourer deliver to Stephen West Esqr two hundred Gun
Locks and two hundred Bayonets to be applied in repairing the Public
Arms in his hands.

Mr Bullen is requested to turn over to the Continent all the Horses
which he has and may receive from the Collectors of Horses under
the " Act to procure an immediate supply of Clothing &ca " except
such as are fit for Light horse not exceeding forty three in number
which he is to deliver to Colo Lee or any of his Commissioned Officers
for the use of his Legion and to make a full return of the number
delivered by him and to whom and if possible from what Counties
received.
