ceedings. He is recommended by several of the Magistrates of the
County to His Excellency's Clemency. If the Facts are as stated, the
Recognizance is excessive. We wish that Justice may be done in every
Instance and if the State will not suffer from a Stay of the Proceed-
ings, by the Removal of the Petitioner or either of his securities or
their Property, until the Assembly, to whom he intends to petition,
shall have determined on it, we desire you to suspend the further
Execution of the fieri facias's until the Assembly shall have deter-
mined on the Matter or until further Orders from this Board.

Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. James
Bruff Cloth & Trimmings for a suit of Cloaths & Linen for two
shirts on Acct and to Nicholas McNemara a maimed Soldier one
Coat one Jacket one pair Breeches, one pair Shoes one pair Stockings
& one shirt

Ordered that Mr Shaw deliver to Capt. Robert Denny twelve Axes
and Wedges.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Elizabeth Issabell six
pounds, three shillings and nine pence of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the money appropriated
for the prest Campaign due her per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Morris two pounds nine
shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money aforesd
due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John H. Stone Esqr forty pounds
of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the Defence of
the State on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert H. Harrison Esqr one hun-
dred pounds of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Carroll Esqr one thousand
seven hundred and thirty one pounds, eleven shillings and eight pence
Specie agreeable to the " Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
per Certificates settled by the Aud. Genl the 26 Instant
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to John Martin and Dennis
Flannagan of Capt. Dorsey's Company of Artillery each one under

Jacket, one pair Breeches and one pair Stockings.

George Campbell James Bourk from Cecil, John Oilman & John
Mills from Frederick Walter Brookes from Ann Arundel and
Thomas Owings from Harford Counties Draughts and Bright Sulli-
van from Baltimore and James Cassedy from Cecil Counties Substi-
tutes to serve 'till the 10fh of December next having been recom-
mended by Doct James Murray as proper Objects for Discharges are
therefore Discharged from the service for which they were Intended.
