That the said Treasurer pay to the said John Welch fifteen shil-
lings specie due him for riding Express per Acct passed by the Aud.

That the Commissary of Stores deliver to John Chival one Blanket
and to William King a soldier of the Maryland Line, one Coat, one
Jacket one pair Breeches, one pair Stockings, one pair shoes, one
Shirt & one Blanket on Acct
Warrant issued, directed to Capt. John Jordan, to impress such
Boats and hands as are necessary to transport his Men and Horses
across any of the Rivers in the State of Maryland in his route to
Virginia

You will be pleased to supply Captain Jordan with what Rations
and Forage are necessary for his Men and Horses on their Route
through Prince George's County, for which you will pay the In-
habitants and charge it in your Accounts

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Rebecca Ridgely
six pounds, fifteen shillings and one penny Specie agreeable to the
" Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per Certificates
settled by the Aud. General the 25 Instant.
Richard Higgins, Adam Miller, Joseph Martin, Philip Nagal and
Andrew Berringer substitutes from Washington County and Peter
Butler a substitute from Fred. County 'till the 10th of December next,
having been recommended by Doctr James Murray as proper Objects
for Discharges are therefore discharged from the Duty for which
they were intended.

George Flemming of Baltimore County has preferred a Petition to
the Board, setting forth that a Recognizance for 150£ Specie entered
into by him with Securities was forfeited, and that Fieri Facias's have
issued on the said forfeited Recognizance, that the sum mentioned in
the said Recognizance is greatly beyond his Power to discharge, being
entirely dependent on his uncle for Support, and that his securities
will be obliged to pay the Money if a Stop is not put to further Pro-
