be greatly distressed, We request you will pay constant Attention to
the Supplies Mr Crisall will require and that you collect and deliver to
him at least 40 good Cattle, as soon as you possibly can, but some
of them must be delivered immedaitely.

Thursday 11th October 1781.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Ignatius Taylor
ten pounds one shilling and six pence of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the money appropriated
for the Defence of the State, eight pounds Seventeen shillings and
six pence part thereof to be by him retained and one pound four
Shillings to be delivered over to Joseph Milburn due them per
Accounts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler Messenger to the
Governor and Council twenty pounds Sixteen shillings and eight
pence of the same Emission of the money aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esquire two hundred pounds of the same Emission, of the money
aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Zehania Turner Seventy five pounds
of the same Emission of the money aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander Crawford eighty five
pounds ten shillings and one penny of the same Emission, of the
money appropriated for the present Campaign due him per Accot
passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Williams Esqr fourteen
pounds, twelve shillings and eleven pence of the same Emission of the
money aforesaid due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John L. Elbert Apothecary to the
Southern Army, eleven pounds, five shillings of the same Emission
of the money aforesaid for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Meridith seventeen pounds
ten shillings and nine pence of the same Emission of the money
aforesd due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John H. Nicholls, one hun-
dred and fifty one pounds, two shillings and six pence of the same
Emission of the money aforesaid for the use of himself & Company
of select Militia per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Henry Clements Sixteen
pounds, five shillings of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid
due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Jarboe eighteen pounds five
shillings. Jeremiah Banning, Seventeen pounds, four shillings & ten
