That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest eight hundred
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the
present Campaign to be delivered over to Joseph Ford Commissary
of St Mary's County on Acct

That the said Treasurer pay to John Hann five hundred pounds
of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid to be delivered over to
Christopher Edelin to be by him Accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Mills five pounds five shillings
of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid due him per Acct
passed by the A. Gl
That the Commissary of Stores Deliver to Major Edward Giles
a Suit of Cloaths and Linen for two Shirts on Account.

[Council to Christopher Edelen, Esqr.]

We have received your Letter of the 16th and to enable you to make
the Purchase of Hats and Shoes effectually enclose you five hundred
Pounds, not at all doubting but that you will lay it out to the best
advantage. Mr Shellman was here lately and agreed for a Parcel
of Shoes, he had 50 Pair then ready; please to receive all he has
and forward them, let him know the Hides are here. The Papers
relative to Andrews and the two Graves's are also received; a Person
will be appointed to receive them at Baltimore, but if no such Person
appears for that Purpose, direct the Officer to march them here.

You will grant Permission to the Rock Hall Ferry Boat to pass
with the Gentlemen from the Eastern Shore, with Directions to
return to this Place without Delay.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to David Craufurd
Esqr seven hundred and fifty pounds of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca of the money appropriated
for the present Campaign to be delivered over to John Smith Brookes
Esqr Commissary of Prince Georges County.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Wasteneys
five hundred pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the emis-
sion of Bills of Credit &ca of the money appropriated for the Defence
of the Bay to be delivered over to Stephen Steward on Account of
the Galley and to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Edward Burgess two pounds,
ten shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the
present Campaign due him per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
