That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Adamson Tannehill eleven
pounds, twelve shillings and three pence of the same Emission, of
the money aforesaid for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Philip Thomas Esquire two hun-
dred and eighty three pounds, three shillings and three pence of the
same Emission of the money aforesaid eighty six pounds, four shil-
lings and one penny part thereof to be delivered over to Captain
Daniel Smith for the use of his Company of Militia and the remain-
ing one hundred and ninety six pounds, nineteen shillings and two
pence to Captain Thomas Beatty for the use of his Company of Select
Militia as per pay rolls examined and passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Charity Wilson one hundred and
three pounds five shillings and six pence. Philip Thomas Seventy
five pounds and eight pence, and to Nicholas Hickler three pounds,
fifteen shillings Specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State per Certificate and Accounts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Robert Dashiell
sixty pounds Tallow for the use of the Eastern shore Barges and to
Captain Adamson Tannehill thirty five gallons of Rum and one hun-
dred and sixty pounds of Sugar to the 1st Instant on Account
Permission granted to Mrs Jane Hamilton, Miss Angel Hamilton
and the Reverend Mr William Thompson of Cecil County to apply
to His Excellency General Washington or the Commanding Officer
at the Out Posts of the American Army for his Licence to go into
the City of New York and to return. And also to Mrs Elizabeth
Gordon to have an Interview with her Husband at Elizabeth Town
and also to take with her two Children which the said Husband in-
tends taking with him to Scotland.
It appearing to this Board that Allemby Millington is an Inhabitant
of Talbot County and that he has stood his draught in that County
and that the said Millington was draughted as an Inhabitant of
Caroline County to serve till the 10th of December next the said
Allemby Millington is hereby discharged from the said Draught in
Caroline County.
