That the said Treasurer pay to John Bullen thirty Pounds of
the same Emission, of the money aforesaid on Account.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to General Small-
wood sixty seven pounds two shillings and six pence of the Bills
emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceed-
ing 200,000£s &ca for the purchase of necessaries for his Table
agreeable to a Resolve of the General Assembly.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esquire fifty six pounds eighteen shillings and six pence of the same
Emission of the money appropriated for the Defence of the State on
Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Gassaway fifty pounds of
the same Emission of the money aforesaid on Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Major John Eccleston six
Gallons of Rum & twenty four pounds of sugar. Captn George
Handy sixteen gallons of Rum and fifty seven pounds of sugar Lieut
Jacob Crawford eight gallons of Rum and thirty two pounds of sugar
and to Capt. Jonathan Sellman and Lieut Thomas Price each four
gallons of Rum and sixteen pounds of sugar to the 1st Septr on Acct

Wednesday 29th August 1781

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick Greene
one hundred and fifty pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for
the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding 200,000£s &ca of the
money appropriated for the present Campaign in part of the Allow-
ance for printing said Bills on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Jacob Norris of the 5th
Regiment thirty four pounds eight shillings and four pence of the
same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid for Clothing
on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Crisall fifty pounds of the
same Emission, of the money aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Barton Wathen, three pounds,
seventeen shillings of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid
for Rations per Account passed by the Depy And.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr one thousand
Pounds of the same Emission, of the money aforesaid to be for-
warded to Colo Samuel Smith on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Voorhees Commissary of
Kent County one hundred and fifty pounds of the same Emission
of the Money aforesaid on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Clement Hollyday Esqr one hun-
dred and seventy pounds of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated for the Defence of the State on Account.
