That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Kerrick sixty Pounds of
the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid to be
delivered over to Hezekiah Reeder Commissary of Charles County
on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo George Dashiell Two hundred
and thirty Pounds of the same Emission of the money appropd for
the Defence of the Bay to be delivered over to John Done, Geo. Day
Scott, Gillis Polk & Robt Dashiell for a Barge purchased of them by
this Board to be finished agreeably to the terms lodged with the
Board.

Ordered that the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt John
Mitchell four Gallons of Rum and sixteen pounds of sugar to the
1st Inst. on Acct.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Francis Revelly
of the 3d Regimt Capt. Edward Prall of the 1 Regimt Capt. Thomas
Mason of the 2d Regimt and Lieut. John Hartshorn of the 3d each
2 3/4 yds Russia duck to be charged to them.
It appearing to this Board by this Board by the Oath of Sarah
Wise of Prince Georges County that Thomas Wise her son who was
draughted in the said County to serve as a soldier 'till the 10th Day of
December next, is not of the Age of sixteen years and therefore not
liable to be draughted under the Law, he is therefore discharged from
the said Draught.
Colo George Dashiell hath agreed with this Board to have a Barge
of 62 feet Keel built; the other Demensions to be formed on Consul-
tation with Capt. Whalley she is to be so constructed as most effec-
tually to answer for the Defence of the Bay. he undertakes that the
Timbers and materials shall be good, sound and well seasoned and
that the work shall be performed in a Workmanlike manner, and that
she shall be completely finished as soon as possible. In Consideration
whereof we have agreed to pay him the actual Cost of the said Barge
with five per Cent Commission thereon as a Compensation for his care
and trouble in Superintending the building of the said Barge and
have advanced him two hundred pounds in part thereof.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut Michael
Devil eighty Pounds fifteen shillings and one penny. Capt. James
Pattison eighty eight pounds, eighteen shillings and six pence. Colo
Charles Swearingan ninety two Pounds, eight shillings. Capt. Martin
Ridenour two hundred and eighty pounds eleven shillings and eight
pence, and Capt. Adam Ott three hundred and thirty three Pounds
eighteen shillings and six pence Specie agreeable to the " Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State " per Pay rolls examined &
passed by the A. G 23d May last.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo George Dashiell Two hundred
Pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills
