Campaign for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Smith Twenty eight
pounds, three shillings and three pence of the same Emission of the
money appropriated as aforesaid for Cloathing on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Marshall Senr Surgeon
in the Hospital Department Thirteen pounds six shillings and three
pence of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Captain Richard Bird of the first
Regiment seven pounds ten shillings of the same Emission of the
money appropriated for Stores on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Cutleb Rigginburg
Seven hundred and fifty pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act
for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thou-
sand pounds &ca of the money appropriated for the present Campaign
to be delivered over to Philip Thomas Esqr Lieut of Frederick County
to be by him expended in the purchase of one hundred sadles, Bridles
Mail Pillions Valeses & Holsters and Accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr Three thousand
three hundred and forty pounds nine shillings and four pence Specie
agreeable to the " Act to Adjust the Debts due from this State " due
him for Certificates as per Account passed by the Aud. Genl the 17th
July 1781.
That the said Treasurer pay to John and Samuel Davidson nineteen
pounds, eleven shillings and ten pence Specie agreeable to the said
Act in lieu of Orders of the 5th May in favor of Genl Smallwood and
others and the 17 May in favor of William Nevin as settled by the
Aud. Genl the 5th and also Thirty three pounds, eighteen shillings and
ten pence Specie agreeable to the said Act per Account passed the
5 June by the A. Genl
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut John Chever two
Gallons of Rum and eight pounds of sugar, Thomas Marshall Senr
Thirty and an half Gallons of Rum and one hundred and fifty two
pounds of Sugar and also to Capt Richard Bird Twenty Gallons of
Rum and eighty pounds of Sugar due to the 1st Instant.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Thomas Marshall Senr
Cloth and Trimmings for a Suit of Cloaths and Linen for four shirts
for the present year.
Henry Hawkins appointed Ensign of the Maryland Line the Rank
to be settled hereafter.
William Smith and Christian Kramer of Somerset County sever-
ally acknowledge themselves to owe and stand justly indebted to the
State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two hundred and fifty
pounds Specie each to be levied of their Bodies, Goods Chattels, Lands
