Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Basil Burgess
and Henry Baker appointed Ensigns in the Maryland Line each, one
suit of Cloaths and Linen for two shirts on Account.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Basil Burgess and
Henry Baker each Ten pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act for
the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thousand
pounds &ca of the money appropriated for the present Campaign on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Edward Spurrier four pounds
four shillings and nine pence of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid for Cloathing on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. James Smith one pound ten
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore-
said due him per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John T. Lowe Two pounds
five shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as
aforesaid for stores on Act
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Sprigg Belt five pounds,
five shillgs of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore-
said for stores on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut James Arthur Fifteen shil-
lings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
for Stores on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Daniel Bryan of the Plater
Twenty pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated for
the Defence of the State to be Accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Lodowick Weltner Thirty two
pounds, seventeen Shillings Specie agreeable to the " Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State " in lieu of Orders of the 19th September
1780 in his and Lieut Jacob Gromeths favor, as settled bv the
Aud. Genl
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Daniel Bryan as
much Provision as he may want, on Account. Arthur Cunningham
on his way to Baltimore two Days rations. Lieut. John T. Lowe, six
Gallons of Rum and twenty four pounds of sugar. Capt John Sprigg
Belt fourteen Gallons of Rum and fifty six pounds of sugar and also
to Lieut James Arthur two Gallons of Rum and eight pounds of
sugar Stores due to the 1st Instant.
That the Armourer deliver to Capt. Daniel Bryan four muskets
and Ammunition sufficient. That the western shore Treasurer pay to
Jacob Hust Seven pounds nineteen shillings and three farthings
Specie agreeable to the Act to Adjust the Debts due from this State
in lieu of an Order in his favor of the 13th May 1781 as settled by the
D. Aud.
