Wednesday 1st August 1781.

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Lilburn
Williams of the 3d Regimt Thirty one pounds one shilling of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit not
exceeding two hundred thousand pounds &ca of the Money appropri-
ated for the present Campaign in lieu of Cloathing on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Alexander Trueman four
pounds seven shillings and Six pence of the same Emission of the
money appropriated as aforesaid in lieu of Cloathing on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Robert Denny one hundred
and seventy Dollars of the same Emission of the money appropriated
as aforesaid Twenty Dollars to be delivered over to the following
Officers, Capt. Lieut. Wilson of the South Carolina Artillery, Capt
Cowan, Mr Matthews Depy Muster Master, Lieut Jordan and David
Rees Depy Judge Advocate all of the Georgia Line and Daniel Rees
Lieut of the Navy of Pennsylvania to Lieut Colo Vaughan and Major
Patten of the Delaware Line, each fifteen Dollars and Lieuts Duff
and McWilliams of said Line each ten Dollars to be charged to the
Continent and by the said Denny Accounted for

That the said Treasurer pay to the said Lieut. Robert Denny one
hundred and fifty pounds of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated as aforesaid to be by him delivered over to the Soldiers of the
Maryland Line in this City returned from Captivity in South Carolina
in a Distressed situation each, five pounds to be by the said Denny
Accounted for
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Lieut Robert Denny Three
pounds, fifteen shillings of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated as aforesaid for stores on Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to the said Lt Robt Denny
four Gallons Rum & Sixteen pounds of Sugar to 1st Inst

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Alien Quynn
one hundred and thirty four pounds sixteen shillings and five pence
of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit
not exceeding two hundred thousand pounds &ca of the money appro-
priated for the payment of Expresses &cn part of an Account passed
by the Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner Esqr Fifty
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo George Streaker Collector of
Horses for Frederick County seventy five pounds of the same Emis-
sion of the money appropriated for the present Campaign to be by
him Accounted for.
