That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Chever of Artillery Ten
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Captain William Dent Beall seven
pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated
as aforesaid on Account.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Sergeant Nicholson of
1st Regt one suit of Cloaths for the year 1780.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to David Poe Depy
Quarter Mastr six hundred and fifty pounds of the Bills emitted
under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two
hundred thousand pounds &ca of the money appropriated for the
present Campaign part thereof to be expended in purchasing fifty
common Tents, five Horseman's Tents and one hundred Camp
Kettles.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Gilbert Middleton one hun-
dred and nine pounds fifteen shillings and five pence of the same
Emission of the money appropriated for the Defence of the State due
him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. John Smith Thirty
two Gallons of Rum and one hundred and twenty eight pounds of
sugar. Lieut' Arthur Harris Thirty two Gallons of Rum and one
hundred and four pounds of sugar. Capt. Philip Reed Thirty Gallons
of Rum and one hundred and four pounds of sugar. Capt John Lynch
Thirty Gallons of Rum and ninety six pounds of Sugar. Capt. Jacob
Brice Thirty Gallons of Rum and one hundred and twenty pounds
of Sugar. Doctr Levin Denwood eight Gallons of Rum and thirty
two pounds of sugar. Lieut William Adams nineteen Gallons and an
half a Gallon of Rum and fifty eight pounds of Sugar. Lieut Jacob
Norris Thirty four Gallons Rum and one hundd and twenty pounds
of Sugar, and also to Capt. William Dent Beall four Gallons of rum
and sixteen pounds of Sugar due to this instant.

There is a poor Man in great Distress who has been a Prisoner and
came up with the Gentlemen from Carolina, he is at present at Mr
Fowler's on Charity. We request that you will send him to the
Hospital to be taken Care of.
