Wednesday 18th July 1781

Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Captain Lilburn
Williams of the 3d Lieut Philip Hill of the 3d and Capt John Sprigg
Belt of the 1st Regimts each, Linen for four shirts. Capt Lloyd Beall,
Capt. Jonathan Sellman of the 1st Regimt William Trueman Stoddert
Aid De Camp to Genl Smallwood Capt. John Courts Jones, Capt
David Lynn of the 4th Regimt and Lieut Clement Skerret of the
Artillery each, Linen for two Shirts due for the present year and also
to Capt John Mitchell of the 4th Regimt Cloth and Trimmings for a
waist coat and Breeches and Linen for four shirts due him for the
present year.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Benjamin Price
fifteen pounds of the Bills emitted under the " Act for the Emission
of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thousand pounds &ca "
of the money appropriated for the Officers going to the Southward.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde Thirty five pounds
of the same Emission of the Money appropriated for the payment of
Expresses &ca on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Hall Twenty three pounds
seven shillings and ten pence Specie agreeable to the " Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State per Account passed by the And. Genl "

Thursday 19 July 1781.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Ann Tilley one
pound five shillings and four pence of the Bills emitted under the Act
for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred
thousand pounds &ca of the money apprpd for the payment of Ex-
presses for the use of Jacob Lusby due him per Account passed by
the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr one pound
eight shillings and ten pence of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Brewer two pounds seven
shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated as aforesaid per Account passed by the Audt Genl

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Robert-
son sixty nine pounds twelve shillings and six pence specie agreeably
to the Act to adjust the Debts due from the State per Certificates
settled by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Jonathan Slater Two hundred and
fifteen pounds five shillings specie agreeably to the Act aforesaid due
him per Certificate settled by the Aud. Genl
