That the said Treasurer pay to Colo John Dorsey eighty nine
pounds, seven shillings and six pence Specie agreeably to the Act
aforesaid per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to General Smallwood nine hundred
and sixty eight pounds specie in part of the four thousand pounds,
to be distributed to the Officers and soldiers ordered to the Southward
agreeably to the " Act relating to Public Creditors."
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Winchester and Capt.
Thomas Mason, each fifteen pounds of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred
thousand pounds &ca part of the money appropriated to the Officers
going to the Southward.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. David Lynn of the 4th and
Capt Robert Denny of the 5th Regimt each, Twenty pounds of the
same Emission part of the money appropriated as aforesaid.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Bullen Esquire Fifty pounds
of the same Emission to be expended in the purchase of necessaries
for General Smallwoods Table and also the further sum of Ten
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated for the
present Campaign on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Nicholas Maccubbin Senr Thirty
three pounds, seven shillings of the same Emission appropriated as
aforesaid.
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Johnson three pounds of
the same Emission of the money appropriated for the payment of
Expresses due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Wilmot two pounds five
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore-
said on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to William Homes six pounds fifteen
shillings of the same Emission of the money appropriated as afore-
said due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Winchester and
also to Capt Robert Denny each, two Shirts. Lieut Rignal Hilliary of
the 3d Regimt one suit of Cloaths and Linen for four shirts due him
for the year 1780 Major Benjamin Brookes Linen for four Shirts
due him for the present year and also to Butler Marlow a Soldier in
the 3d Regiment one hat, two shirts one Coat one Vest, one pair of
Overalls and one pair of Shoes.
It appears by an Account passed by the Auditor Genl of this Day
that there is due and owing to John Dorsey and Company one thou-
sand seven hundred and thirty seven pounds, seventeen shillings
and ten pence, specie to be paid to them or their Assignee according
to the Act of Assembly entitled " An Act relating to Public Credi-
tors."
