We request you will have fifty Barrels of Flour sent to this Place ;
immediately, the Commissary informs us he will not have any to
issue to the Troops here in two Days unless he receives a Supply,
you will therefore not delay delivering him the above mentioned
Quantity within that Time.

We have about five hundred Troops here and all the flesh Pro-
visions will be consumed in two Days, and therefore direct you to
procure immediately by Purchase or Seizure agreeable to the Act to
procure an immediate Supply of Cloathing and flesh Provisions &ca
ten good Beeves and have them drove down without Delay and
delivered to the issuing Commissary at this Place.

We request you will deliver all the Public Flour manufactured
at your Mill to Mr Bullen.

Wednesday 11th July 1781

Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Isaac ;
Rawlings Lieut William Murdock, Lieut John Boone and Capt.
Archibald McCallister each Linen for two shirts for the present year,
and also to Captain John Mitchell two and a quarter yards Russia
Duck to be charged to him.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to James Williams four
hundred and eighty two pounds, eleven shillings and two pence
Specie agreeable to the " Act to adjust the Debts due from the State"
due him p Account passed by the Depy Auditor.

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker
two pounds seven shillings of the Bills emitted under the " Act for
the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thousand
Pounds on the security of Double the Value in Lands to defray the
Expences of the present Campaign " in lieu of two pounds seven
shillings specie due on Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Munro Thirteen pounds,
four shillings and six pence of the same Emission p Accounts passed
by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to George Adams four pounds fifteen
shillings and eight pence sixteen pounds four shillings and one penny
and thirteen pounds seventeen shillings and six pence of the same
Emission due him p Accounts passed by the D. Aud.
