That the Issuing Commissary deliver to the said Commodore
Grason five Days Provisions for himself and Crew of the Barge
Revenge.
In Pursuance of the Resolution of the General Assembly of the
13th Inst. This Board took into Consideration the Case of Thomas
Price and after deliberating on the Circumstances thereof are of
opinion that his going at large would be dangerous to the State and
therefore order that the said Thomas Price be confined to the Limits
of Dorchester County not to depart therefrom without the leave of
the Governor and Council for the time being and to be of good be-
haviour in the mean time and that the said Thomas Price enter into
Bond with good and sufficient Security in the Penalty of one hundred
Pounds specie to comply with the said Order.

who have been draughted, and who have Familys and the general
Assembly having lodged the Power of giving Relief in such Cases
to the Lieutenants of the Counties, we have thought proper to send
you an Extract from the Law for your Guide

Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Colo Lodowick
Weltner of the German Regiment one suit of Cloaths and Linen for
four shirts for the year 1780 and also to Capt. Edward Spurrier one
suit of Cloaths and Linen for four shirts to be delivered over to Lieut
Joshua Burgess of the 4th Regiment
That the Issuing Commissary delivers to Lieut John Kilty of the
3d Regimt of Light Dragoons and Doctr Kilty of the 5th Regt each,
four gallons of Rum and Sixteen pounds of Sugar due to the Ist
Instant
Special Commissions of Oyer and Terminer and Gaol Delivery
issued to Frederick County directed to the Honble Robert Hanson
Harrison and Alexander Contee Hanson Esquire and Upton Shere-
dine, James Johnson, William Murdock Beall and Philip Thomas
Gentlemen or any three or more of them. In Virtue of the " Act
entitled an Act to enable the Governor to Issue Commissions of Oyer
and Terminer and Gaol Delivery in certain Cases " and agreeable to
a Resolve of the General Assembly of the 20th Instant.

Bayonetts fifty Cartridge Boxes, two thousand five hundred and fifty
Cartridges, and thirty five new Locks; The Musquets you will direct
