Hollingsworth, Esqr.]

By a Resolution of the general Assembly of this Day, we are
requested to order the Public Wheat collected and remaining on
Hand in Cecil Kent Queen Anns Harford Baltimore and Ann
Arundel Counties, and at Bruces['] Lantisses and Ogles Mills in
Frederick County to be manufactured with all Dispatch into fine and
superfine Flour and to order immediate Returns to be made of all
wheat and Flour in those Counties. We request you to have the
above Resolution carried into Effect immediately in the Counties
above mentioned within your District, one half of the Flour to be
manufactured into superfine the other half into fine Flour. You
will make us immediate Returns of all the wheat and Flour agreeably
to the above Resolution.

for the Public Welfare and knowing your Readiness to facilitate any
Measures that may tend to that End, cou'd induce us to give you soe
