That the said Treasurer pay to Mary Rawlings Twenty four
pounds, seventeen shillings and six pence due her per Certificate from
William Goldsmith passed by the Aud. General.
Ordered That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Gustavus Horner
Thirty two Gallons of Rum and one hundred and twenty eight pounds
of Sugar and also to Capt. Edward Spurrier eight Gallons of Rum
and thirty two pounds of sugar due to the 1st Inst.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Gustavus Horner Cloth
and Trimmings for a suit of Cloaths and Linen for four shirts in
part of the Articles for the present year.

We shall be much obliged to you for twenty Men to bring the
Barge belonging to the State from the Head of Elk; Capt. Middleton
will take them up in the State Boat.

Please to deliver to Capt. Gilbert Middleton the Barge belonging
to the State left at the Head of Elk by the Marquis with her Oars
Sails and all her Materials, and as we understand one Pair Cannon
Wheels was left at Elk, this will be a good opportunity to send it.

Ordered that the Eastern Shore Treasurer pay to Colo Peter
Adams Two hundred and sixty three pounds, five shillings in lieu
of sixty five pounds, sixteen shillings and three pence specie Principal
and Interest of a Certa of A McLane and John Bullen dated 1st of
March 1781 for an able bodied Horse purchased by them for Lieut
Colo Lee's Legion.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Jemima Selby eleven
pounds two shillings and six pence due her per Account passed by
the Aud. Genl

We are informed by Mr Faw that there is a considerable Number
of raw Hides in your Hands and in the Hands of Colo Price and that
a Mr Shelman would give good Strong Shoes in Exchange for them.
We wish you to exchange Hides with Shelman or others for Strong
double soled Soldiers Shoes upon the best Terms you can obtain. We
have wrote to Colo Price to deliver you all the Hides in his Possession.
