That the said Treasurer pay to Ens. William Smoot eleven pounds
eleven shillings and six pence due him per Acct passed by the
And. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Ens. Mark McPherson and Capt.
David Lynn, each, five pounds, fifteen shillings and nine pence due
them per Account passed by the Aucl. Genl
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Samuel McPherson
Lieut. Henry Baldwin and Ens. William Smoot, each, eight Gallons
of Rum and thirty two pounds of Sugar. Lieut James Simms thirty
two Gallons of Rum & one hundred and twenty eight pounds of
Sugar. Ensign Mark MoPherson & Capt. David Lynn each, four
Gallons of Rum and sixteen pounds of Sugar due them to the 1st
Instant.
That Capt. George Keeports deliver to John Dorsey eighty 3tt shot
to he returned.
Commissions issued to John G. Hamilton appointed 1st Lieut of
Capt Brittingham Dickinson's Company and also to William Dennis
2d Lieut of Capt. James Tools Company in the Baltimore Town
Battalion of Mils in Baltimore County.
Archibald Buchanan Esquire of P.altimore County in this State
having applied for a Recommendation to His Excellency Governor
Livingston and to the Commanding Officers at the Posts near the
British Lines for leave to meet certain Commissioners on Staten

Island or if necessary in the City of New York to take his Answer
to a Bill filed in the Court of Chancery in England. This Board being
well acquainted with Mr Buchanan Recommend him to His Excel-
lency the Governor of the Jersies and any Commanding officer anc
request that he may be indulged with Permission to go upon Stater
Island or into the City of New York.

That the western shore Treasurer pay to William Goldsmith
ninety one pounds ten Shillings due him per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Isaac Simmons forty three pounds
and three pence due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John King Thirty three pounds,
seven shillings and six pence due him per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That John Bullen Quarter Master discharge Mr Rutlands Sloop
from the service of the Public.
