That the said Treasurer pay to Jonathan Sellman forty nine pounds
due him per Account passed by the Aud. Gen'
[Council to Colo. Rawlings.]
We have sent a Number of British Prisoners which we shall be
obliged to you to take Care of particularly Capt. Matthew Mangen
who has been represented to this Board as a person who has been
guilty of plundering the Inhabitants and burning their Habitations,
and who has made use of many threatening Speeches, should he not
be treated differently from what Prisoners of war are usually treated
that he will if exchanged or should effect his Escape, do every Mis-
chief to this State that may be in his Power
