Monday 7th May 1781

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. James
Somervill of the 6th Regimt eleven pounds eleven Shillings and six
pence due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Wood fourteen shillings
[pounds?] ten shillings and nine pence due him per Account passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut James John Skinner Twenty
Pounds five shillings and five pence due him per Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Kilmer Ten pounds, ten
shillings due him p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl to be charged to the
U. States.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Loyd Beall five pounds
fifteen shillings and nine pence due him per Account passed by the
Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Doct Levin Denwood of the 7th
Regimt seventeen pounds, seven Shillings and three pence due him
per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Issuing Comissary deliver to Capt. James Somervill eight
gallons of Rum and thirty two pounds of Sugar. Lieut James John
Skinner fourteen Gallons of Rum and fifty six pounds of Sugar.
Capt. Loyd Beall four Gallons of Rum and sixteen pounds of sugar
and also to Doctr Levin Denwood Twelve gallons of Rum and forty
eight pounds of sugar due them to the first Instant.
Commissions issued to William Somervill appointed Capt in the
room of Alexander H. Watts. John Mills 1st Lieut. Robert Green-
well 2d Lieut. Henry Ahell Ensign of Capt. Barton Abells Compy
James Attwood 1st Lieut of Capt. John Mackalls Compy Richard
King 1st Lieut. Polard Hopewell 2d Lieut Edwd Swan Ens. of Capt.
Saml Jenifer's Compy, John Chesley Capt. in the room of Hugh
Hopewell, Geo. Hopewell 1st Lt Robt Daffon 2d Lt Wm Bellwood Ens.
John Shadrack 1 Lt & Geo. Cole 2d Lt of Barton Smoots Compy
Lower Bat. Mila St. Marys Coty
