Tuesday 10th April 1781
Ordered that Capt. Philemon Warfield deliver to John Alien
Thomas Esquire one hundred Stand of Arms with Accoutrements
complete and two quarter Casks of Musket powder to be delivered
over to Colo Richard Barnes Lieutenant of St. Marys County and
also twenty five Muskets with Accoutremts complete two quarter
Casks of Musket powder, five hundred Gun flints and two quire of
Cartridge paper for the Lieut of Charles County for the use of the
Militia of said Counties.
That the Armourer deliver to the said John Alien Thomas five
hundred Gunflints five quire of Cartridge paper and all the Cartridge
Boxes to be delivered over to Richard Barnes for the use aforesaid.
That Christopher Edelin Esqr Collector of the Tax for Frederick
County pay to Colo James Wood three hundred and seventy five
Dollars of the new Emission agreeable to a Resolution of Congress
of the 24th Current to be charged to the United States, and also to
George Murdock Commissary of Provisions for the Convention
Troops one hundred pounds to be by him Accounted for.
That the western Shore Treasurer pay to Colo Moses Rawlings
one hundred and fifty Dollars for the use of Capt John Reid, and
also the further sum of two hundred Dollars on Account.

Your's of the 7th Instant respecting a Trumpet for the Troop we
have received and also Mr Ridley's Application to the same Purpose.
We are extremely sorry to inform you, it is not in our Power to
supply you with the Trumpet, we had only two and they were long
since delivered to Count Pulaski
