That the Commissary of stores deliver to Colo Adams one Coat
eight vests nine pair of Breeches nineteen shirts, ten pair of shoes
fifteen pr of stockings three hats & eight blankets for the use of the
Troops of the Maryd Line.

Thursday 15th February 1781

Commission issued to George Truitt appointed .Sheriff of Wor-
cester County in the room of Edward Vandome resigned.
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Muir
Esquire three hundred pounds of the new Emission due him as Com-
missary of Stores for the year 1780 by a Resolution of the General
Assembly November Session last
That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green Esquire sixty
nine pounds and eleven pence of the same Emission in lieu of two
hundred seven hundred and sixty one pounds sixteen shillings and
eight pence due him per Account by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander C. Hanson Esquire
Judge of the Genl Court five thousand one hundred and thirty seven
pounds due him for the last year Depreciation on his last years Salary
p Acct passed by the A Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt William Brown of the Artil-
lery three hundred and fifty Dollars of the same Emission to be by
him paid to the following Recruits enlisted by him and passed by
General Gist viz. Peter Minor, Robt Livingston James Simonds,
William Stalker, William Moran John Gilman & John Silman each
fifty Dollars of the said Emission the Enlisting Money promised by
the said Captain Brown.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw, one hundred and
seventy five pounds ten shillings of the same Emission in lieu of seven
thousand and twenty pounds due him per Account passed by the

Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Tootell two pounds six-
teen shillings and three pence of the same Emission in lieu of one
hundred and twelve pounds, ten shillings due him per Account passed
by the D. Aud.
That the E. S. Treasurer pay to the Honorable Nicholas Thomas
Esquire three hundred and twelve pounds, ten shillings of the same
Emission to be accounted for.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to John King nineteen
pounds, thirteen shillings and nine pence of the same Emission due
him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Munro twenty three pounds
seventeen shillings and six pence of the same Emission in lieu of
nine hundred and fifty five pounds due him per Account passed by
the Auditor General.
