Gallons of Rum and forty eight pounds of sugar and also to Capt.
Richard Dorsey eighteen Gallons of Rum and sixty one pounds of
Sugar deficiency of Stores due them for 1780
That Colo Jenifer receive ten Bushels of the Public Salt in the
Hands of Henry Rozier Esquire which this Board have the appro-
priation of
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to James OHara one vest,
one pair of Breeches, one pair of Stockings, one pair of shoes &
one Shirt.
That the Armourer deliver to Capt. William Middleton one six
pound Cannon, wheels and Carriage, one hundred stand of Arms,
one thousand flints one Barrel of Cannon and one Keg of musket
powder, one hundred 6tt round shot and twenty four rounds
6tt Grape shot to be delivered over to the Lieut. of Dorchester
County and one hundred Cartridge Boxes and one thousand flints to
be delivered over to the Lieutt of Worcester County for the use
of the Militia of the said Counties.
Pardon granted to John Parsons of Washington County convicted
at Washington County August Court 1780, for Horse stealing, on
Condition that he forthwith join the Regiment to which he belongs
and do not desert there from during the present war, and further
that he do not return to the said County of Washington during the
term aforesaid.
George Jackson of Kent County appeared before this Board in
pursuance of a Warrant directed to the Lieutt of Kent County to
apprehend him, and upon the examination of himself and his papers
there does not appear any good Grounds to believe that he is a
disaffected and dangerous person and that his going at large will be
dangerous to this State, nor that he has purchased any Grain with
intent to be carried to the Enemy.
Ordered therefore that he be discharged
George Vansant Mann being apprehended by the Lieutenant of
Kent County, and this Day brought before this Board in Virtue of a
Warrant issued the nineteenth of January ultimo, is adjudged a
disaffected and dangerous person & there being good reason to believe
his going at large is dangerous to the State. Ordered therefore that
the said George V. Mann be committed to the public prison of Balti-
more County in virtue & under Authority of the Resolution of the
Genl Assembly of the 19th January aforesaid and there to remain
until this Board take further Order therein.
