That the said Treasurer pay to John H. Stone Esqr three thousand
pounds in full for his allowance the last year.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest, nine thousand,
nine hundred and fifty eight pounds, six shillings and eight pence and
also three hundred and eight pounds, nine shillings of the new
Emission Acct
That the Armourer receive of Lieut Lucket three Chests of Arms
and one Keg of Flints.
That the said Armourer receive of Capt. Philemon Warfield four
Barrels of Cannon powder and four kegs of Musket Ditto.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut Isaac Rawlings
sixteen Gallons of Rum and forty eight pounds of sugar due him to
the 1st Janry last.
That the Public Records be immediately packed up with care
and removed by land to Elkridge landing, there kept safe by
Mr Thomas Hodgkin and this Board hereby engage to make the said
Mr Hodgkin a reasonable satisfaction for his care of the Records
and for the extraordinary expence he must necessarily incur in re-
moving his Family to the place of Deposit.

Friday 2d February 1781.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Captain William
Brown Capt. Lieut. James Smith and Lieut John Casson [Carson?]
of the Artillery nine Pounds, fourteen shillings and five pence, each,
of the new Emission in lieu of three hundred and eighty eight pounds,
seventeen shillings and six pence due them per Accounts passed by
the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Dorsey Captain fourteen
pounds, six shillings and three pence of the same Emission in lieu
of Five hundred and seventy two pounds, twelve shillings and six
pence due him per Acct passed by the D. Aud.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to James Collins
three thousand five hundred and five pounds ten shillings for two
Boats for the Dolphin and Plater State Boats bought of him by this
Board.
That the said Treasurer pay to James OHara a Blind soldier
seventy five pounds allowed him by this Board in Virtue of a Reso-
lution of the Genl Assembly of the 7th of August 1779 up to this Day.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Forrest Ten pounds of the
new Emission to be delivered over to John McKay a soldier in the
5th Regimt to enable him to get his Leg cured.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. William Brown and
Lieut John Carson, each, fourteen gallons of Rum and forty eight
pounds of sugar and to Capt Lieut James Smith thirteen and a half
