That the said Treasurer pay to David Craufurd seventy Pounds
of the same Emission to be delivered over to John Beall Contrator
for Houses in Prince Georges County on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Jacob Lusby seven pounds and
three pence of the same Emission in lieu of two hundred and eighty
Pounds Eleven shillings and three pence due him per Account passed
by the Aud. Genl
In virtue of the Act entitled " An Act for calling out of circulation
the Quota of this State of the Bills of credit issued by Congress
and the Bills of credit emitted by Acts of Assembly under the old
Government and by the Resolves of Convention " Henry Dickinson
Treasurer of the Eastern shore in Conjunction with Philip Walker
and Joseph Richardson are hereby appointed Signers of the new
Bills of Credit Emitted agreeable to an Act of the General Assembly.

[Council to Henry Dickinson, Esqr.]

Agreeable to an Act passed at the present Session entitled an Act
for calling out of Circulation the Quota of this State of the Bills
of Credit emitted by Acts of Assembly under the old Government
and by the Resolves of Convention. We do therefore by the Power
vested in us, appoint and authorize you in Conjunction with Mr
Philip Walker and Mr Joseph Richardson to be Signers of the new
Bills of Credit sent to you, for the Purposes specified in the afore-
said Act. You will immediately give the proper Notice that the
People may avail themselves of the Time limited by the said Act

Thursday 4th January 1781

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Dallam
Eight hundred pounds of the new Emission to be delivered over to
Richard Dallam Commissary of Purchases for Harford County on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Muir sixty seven pounds ten
shillings of the same Emission to be delivered over to Capt George
Keeports on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to Brice T. B. Worthington Esquire
twenty shillings of the same Emission in lieu of Forty pounds due
him per Account passed by the Audr General.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esquire five hundred Pounds of the same Emission on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Captains Robert Chesely, John
Sprigg Belt, James Lingan and Henry Lyles each, Thirty Pounds
of the same Emission agreeable to a Resolve of the General Assem-
bly passed at the present Session.
That Mr John Dorsey of Baltimore deliver to Richard Dallam
four Boxes of sugar to be accounted for at six pounds p tt
