Stephen Steward of Maryland and Robert Morris of Philadelphia.

Tuesday 2d January 1781

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Nathan Atkin-
son thirteen pounds fifteen shillings of the new Emission in lieu of
five hundred and fifty pounds due him per Account passed by the
Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Munro Thirty four pounds
nine shillings of the same Emission in lieu of one thousand three
hundred and seventy eight pounds due him p Account passed by the
Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to John Johnson three Pounds seven
shillings and six pence of the same Emission in lieu of Three hun-
dred and sixty Dollars for the use of John Ball p Account passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut. Henry Baldwin of the
third Regimt Thirty Pounds of the same Emission allowed by a
Resolution of the 30th of December last on Account.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Robert Chesley
of the 2nd Regimt Linen for four shirts in part of the Articles al-
lowed by the General Assembly.

Wednesday 3d January 1781

Ordered That the Armourer deliver to Major John Steward for
the use of the sloop Porpoise on her Cruize down the Bay against
the Pickaroons two 4tt Guns, two ship carriages for ditto two
4tt Ladles and worms four 4tt Rammers and spunges, three 3tt Ladles
and worms, four 3tt Rammers and Spunges, six lint stocks nine prick-
ers, six pounds Match rope twenty four Cutlasses four powder horns
sixty six 4ft Cartridges of grape Shot, one dozen thimbles, twenty
four pair handcuffs eight Muskets with Bayonets ten Cartridge
boxes eight Bayonet belts, twenty four prickers & brushes, 200
Muskt Cartridges & 60 Gun flints
