pounds sixteen shillings and three pence for the use of Vincent Price
due him per Acco' passed by D. Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esquire forty six pounds seventeen shillings and six pence of the
same Emission on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to John Wilmot sixteen shillings and
ten pence half penny in lieu of thirty three pounds, fifteen shillings
per Account passed by the Aud. General.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Ross Key seven hundred and
fifty Pounds of the same Emission to be delivered over to George
Murdock on Account
That the Armourer deliver to Thomas Morton one three pound
field piece with fixt ammunition, fifteen Muskets & Cartouch Boxes
& ten rounds Cartridges to each Musket to be delivered over to Colo
John Weems for the use of the Militia of Ann Arundel County.

Friday 29th December 1780

Ordered That Mr John Shaw immediately repair the Carriages
belonging to the small Cannon or field pieces at this place, and
where they cannot be repaired to be serviceable that new ones be
made
It appears to this Board from Information given that Andrew
McCurty of St. Mary's County and Clark Pilot and resi-
dent of said County and David Hunter Pilot and resident of Calvert
County have been seen with the Enemy, and this and the Neighbour-
ing State being at this time invaded by Privateers and Cruisers of
the Enemy, We deem the going at Large of the said Andrew

McCurty Clark and David Hunter to be dangerous to the
safety of this State. We do therefore hereby authorize require and
Command the Lieutenants of the said Counties to arrest the said
Andrew MoCurty Clark and David Hunter and them send
immediately before us under a sufficient Guard.

Saturday 30th December 1780

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Alexander
Trueman Eight Pounds eight shillings and nine pence of the new
Emission in lieu of three hundred and thirty seven Pounds ten shil-
lings and five Pounds three shillings and one penny half penny of
the same Emission in lieu of Two hundred and six pounds, five
shillings due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Bullen Esqr Fifty Pounds
Specie for a Horse purchased of him by the Governor and Council
for Mr Green to go to Philadelphia for the plates for the Emission
of money.
