That the said Treasurer pay to John Wilmot Eight Pounds, ten
shillings and nine pence three farthings of the new Emission in lieu
of Three hundred and forty one Pounds twelve shillings and six
Pence due him p Acct passed by the A. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Elijah Hopkins two hundred and
one hhds of Tobacco weighing one hundred and eighty five thou-
sand six hundred pounds sold him at fifty five Pounds p Cent and
4 p Cent for Cask amounting with Cask to one hundred and ninety
three thousand and twenty four pounds
That the said Treasurer pay to Serjt Peter Bashell one pound
nineteen shillings and four pence half penny of the new Emission in
lieu of seventy eight Pounds, fifteen shillings due him per acct passed
by the Depy Aud.
That the Eastern shore Treasurer pay over to the western shore
Treasurer Thirty thousand one hundred and forty two pounds, one
shilling and three pence Continental Currency, six hundred and forty
seven Pounds, one shilling and three pence of the new Emission of
this State and one hundred and eighty five thousand three hundred
and twenty Pounds of Tobacco.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut. Robert Denny of
the 7th Regiment two Gallons of Rum, sixteen pounds of sugar and
four and an half pounds of Coffee, the allowance to this instant
inclusive.
Commission of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to Joseph
Elliott Commander of the Schooner Unity ninety five Tons burthen
navigated by twenty five men mounting Eight Carriage Guns
belonging to Robert Ewing of Dorchester County and William
Neill of Baltimore Maryland.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Henry Gaither
of the 1st Regiment, Linen for two shirts on Account.
On the Application of William Smith Esquire of Baltimore Town
who is to this purpose Authorized and Commissioned by Robert
Morris Esqr of Philadelphia who is Agent for the supply of his

Catholic Majesty's Fleets and armies in the Spanish Colonies in the
West Indies, Licence is hereby given to lade and Export in the
Brigantine Hawke, John Bull Commander and the Schooner Unity
Commanded by Joseph Elliott now lying in the Port of Baltimore,
flour for the use aforesaid on their Clearing out at the proper Office
and Complying with the terms heretofore mentioned and directed to
be complied with.
