That the western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut James Mcfadon
Eight Pounds, eight shillings of the new Emission in lieu of Three
hundred and thirty six Pounds per accounts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Onner Watkins five Dollars of the
same Emission in lieu of seventy five pounds due her per Acct passed
by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Benjamin Price sixty seven
pounds ten shillings due him per Acct passed by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Munroe four hundred &
fifty seven Pounds ten shillings due him p Acct passed by the Depy
Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Carr of the 3rd Regi-
ment Three pounds twelve shillings and nine pence of the new Emis-
sion in lieu of one hundred and forty five pounds ten shillings due
him per Acct passed by the Depy Audr
That the said Treasurer pay to John Bullen Esqr Fifteen Dollars
of the new Emission and Five hundred and twelve pounds ten shil-
lings Contl on Acct
That Mr Bullen, immediately Report the Condition of the Horses
in his Care purchased for the State, agreeably to the directions of
this Board heretofore given him that the Resolution of the General
Assembly may be forthwith carried into Execution.
Commissions issued to Christopher Bermingham appointed Cap-
tain of the schooner Boat Liberty. William Quynn appointed sur-
geon to the Brig Cato, and James Kenner appointed Captain of
the Schooner Egle.

Tuesday 21st November 1780

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Vernon Hebb
Five Pounds twelve shillings and three pence of the new Emission
in lieu of Two hundred and Twenty four Pounds ten shillings due
him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Matthew Tilghman Esquire Seven-
teen Pounds ten shillings of the same Emission in lieu of Seven
hundred Pounds due him p acct passd by the Audr Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hemsley Esqaire Ten
pounds, nine shillings and Eleven pence of the same Emission in
lieu of four hundred and nineteen Pounds nineteen shillings and
nine pence due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Cole four Pounds thirteen
shillings of the same Emission in lieu of one hundred and Eighty six
Pounds due him per Account passd by the Audr General.
That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Baker Fifty five Pounds
of the same Emission to be delivered over to Colo James Hindman
Contractor for Horses in Talbot County on Account.
