That the said Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker Two Pounds
and Eight Pence of the new Emission in lieu of Eighty one Pounds
seven shillings and six Pence due him per account passed by the
Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to David Poe Esqr Twenty one
Pounds, five shillings & seven pence half penny in lieu of Eight
hundd & fifty one Pounds, five shillings for the use of James Taylor
and nine Pounds in lieu of three hundd & sixty Pounds for the use
of Gilbert Jackson p accts passed by the Aud. Gl
Thomas Johnson Junr appointed Clerk to the Governor and
Council and Qualified by taking the several Oaths required by the
Constitution and Laws of this State Certificate thereof produced
& filed.

[Council to Mr. Henry Schenebely]
We have appointed Colo Rawlings to examine the Waggons and
Horses obtained by you, agreeable to a Resolve of the General As-
sembly. When he has made his Report to you, we request you to
send to this Place, those Waggons and Horses except such as we
have already desired you to let him have, he shall judge fit for Ser-
vice, and that you dispose of the others at public Sale, or have the
Waggons repaired, he may think most to the Advantage of the State.
We send by Mr Williams £150 of the new Emission, and desire you
will inform us of the Names of those Persons whose Horses shall be
found unfit for Service.

We enclose a Resolve of the General Assembly and hereby ap-
point you to carry it into Execution. We have directed Messrs
Schenebely and Shryock to afford you an Opportunity of examin-
ing the Horses and Waggons obtained by them, when that is done,
please to make a Report to them agreeable to the Directions in the
Resolve.
