That the said Treasurer pay to David Poe four hundred and
forty one Pounds, five shillings for the use of George Poe p account
passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Harwood Eight thou-
sand, eight hundred and sixty three Pounds one shilling and five
pence to be delivered over to John Bullen on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson Junr nine thou-
sand Pounds to be forwarded to the Honorable George Plater, John
Hanson and John Henry Esquires each three thousand Pounds on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Dorsey Esquire Five thou-
sand Pounds to be by him delivered over to Capt William Richard-
son on Account of Salt purchased of him by the Governor and
Council to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to David Poe Esquire one thousand
Pounds due him for the like sum lent by him in May last
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Gassaway six hundred
and twenty five Pounds due him p account passed by the Aud. Genl

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Rudulph of Maj. Lee's
Corps one thousand and twelve pounds ten shillings in lieu of thirty
pair of Shoes allowed thirty men the Maryland part of Majr Lee's
Corps by the Act of Assembly of this State in 1777. six hundred
Pounds in lieu of thirty pair of Stockings allowed by the same Act,
and also the further sum of Six hundred Pounds, the Gratuity
allowed the Non-commissioned Officers and Privates of the said
Corps by the " Act relating to the Officers and soldiers of this State
in the American Army and other purposes therein mentioned "
agreeably to a Resolution of June 1780
That the said Treasurer pay to the Honble George Plater Esquire
one hundred and three Pounds and Eleven Pence of the new Emis-
sion on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Stevenson Two pounds,
fifteen shillings and seven Pence of the same Emission in lieu of one
hundred and Eleven pounds, three shillings and six Pence for the
use of Colo Thomas Gist p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. William Middleton Twenty
four Pounds nineteen shillings and ten pence of the same Emission
in lieu of nine hundred and ninety nine Pounds, fourteen shillings
and six pence due him per account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Francis Revelly
four Blankets for the use of the Crew of the Barge going down the
Bay on an Expedition against the Enemy, to be returned.
That the Armorer deliver to the said Capt. Revelly Two Span-
toons for the purpose aforesaid.
